Welcome to Lake Country Tree Farm
Located in beautiful Rainbow Lake, New York
On the first days of spring when the snow softens and the birds begin to chirp
the sugarbush is filled with the harmony of sweet sap dripping into buckets.
Our excitement grows as we spend the warm spring days collecting the crisp, clear sap.
You can find us in our timber-frame sugarhouse boiling until the wee hours.
Our sugarhouse fills with steam and the smell of maple as well as the aroma of well-deserved meal! The trees in our sugarbush have been lovingly cared for and tended to for 3 generations.
They have been catalogued for growth as well as sap/sugar content.
We enjoy the science and the art of making the best syrup that money can buy.
Our hopes and prayers are for this to be our heritage for many more generations to come.
